Product servicing and repairs
With the season fast approaching, to ensure that equipment can be serviced in a timely manner, we are currently only accepting equipment where:
- Equipment is experiencing a fault.
- The battery low message is displayed.
If you require one of these services, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Returns reason including description of fault if applicable:

Please only send the equipment to us once you have received a returns number and make sure that your returns number is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel including a note inside with your contact details and returns number.
PLEASE NOTE: Any packages received without a returns number visible will be returned to sender.
Club System activation
If you are contacting us for Club system activation, please first try our online service [Click here]. If you wish to get an activation code by email please email email@example.com with the title Activation in the subject field. Please provide the six digit code XXXX-XX from the display on the club system, along with contact telephone number and the best time of day to contact you.
